I was watching Chet Holmgren highlights and I believe we finally have the first white American born player that potentially could take over the NBA since the Larry Bird era.
There have been players who we were hopeful would fill that void such as Gordon Hayward and Kevin Love but they fell short of how great Larry Bird was. I asked the What You Expect group chat who were the top players who retired after Larry Bird and here is what we came up with…
